Explorer the remedy is simple.
Open Internet Explorer
Left click on the Tools menu
If the Tools menu item is not present - go to the top of IE, right click on
the 'bar' and then left click on 'Menu bar' item to get the tool menu item
to show up on IE.
Once Tools is open left click on Internet Options
When the Internet Options window opens, left click on the Advanced tab.
Once the Advanced window is open, scroll to the bottom, put a check mark in
