In this podcast, the founder of Gift From Within, Dr. Frank Ochberg, and the founder of the Military Family Network, Megan Turak, provide military families and extended members of the military family community practical guidelines, actions and skills for dealing with combat stress and PTSD situations.

According to Megan Turak, Executive VP of the Military Family Network, "The military family communities acknowledge that they know about combat stress, depression, PTSD and their symptoms. They have been instructed to look out for changes in behavior and alerted to their probable causes. However, they feel continually challenged about how to use this information in the home. Some of this stems from the stigma associated with these types of issues. Therefore, many are dealing with this alone, isolated and find themselves in unchartered territory.  The tips and suggestions in this program will help answer some of the questions military families face when their loved one returns from duty."
