SURVEY for Male Military Spouses

The questions included within this survey will ask you, as the military spouse, to provide your opinions, feelings and experiences. There is minimal risk to those participating. I am looking for MALE participants, ages 18 and older, who are spouses of female service members. For the purposes of this study spouse can refer to those who are legally married or couples who are living together and participants may be civilian or in the military. This study is not open to female participants.

The study should take about 15-20 minutes to complete and your responses will be kept confidential. Personal information will not be linked to survey responses and all survey responses will be hosted on a secure server that is password protected. Only the primary investigator and faculty advisor will have access to the data. Participants will have the opportunity to be entered in a raffle to win 1 of 20 $10 Visa gift cards.

This study was approved by the University of La Verne Institutional Review Board, 2012-CAS-27-Diaz on December 23, 2012. The IRB Director/Chair is Marcia L. Godwin, Ph.D. (909) 593-3511, ext 4103.
